The project involves the office redevelopment of Hutchison House in Central, transforming the site into a Grade A office tower approximately 200 meters in height. The design includes a tower curtain wall and a jumbo-size podium glass wall.

Our scope includes façade consultancy services and BMU (Building Maintenance Unit) system.

The BMU system comprises a telescopic roof machine, a monorail with a self-climbing cradle, and a cherry picker.
