The Project consists of a single hospital building and is currently named as Eastern Advanced Medical Centre, located on A Kung Ngam Village Road in Shau Kei Wan, Hong Kong. The hospital building has 19 storeys, with a maximum height of 87.40m.   It utilizes an exoskeletal frame system to maximize the internal floor area. Facade work includes a unitized curtain wall, window wall system, stone cladding system, external aluminium cladding, louver and grille system and stone cladding system.

Our scope includes façade consultancy service and BMU (Building Maintenance Unit).

The BMU system comprises a telescopic and masting roof machine.
