Meinhardt provided engineering survey services for the construction and installation of more than 3km of railway tracks in Phase II of the MTR Tseung Kwan O Depot. As precise alignment is critical in railway track laying, the project demanded a high level of accuracy, which Meinhardt delivered with efficiency.

The Hong Kong Science Park Phase 2 covers approx 20,000m² site area and 105,000m² GFA that composing 10 numbers 7-storey buildings including energy towers,
5 nos. of 23 to 25-storeys high residential block with staggering wings with a total of 2,805 units. Other facilities include social welfare facilities (Neighbourhood Elderly Centre and Integrated Children & Youth Services Centre), a 7-classroom kindergarten and associated external works.
It is a major urban redevelopment project in Kwun Tong comprising of four nos. of 40+ storeys residential building and a podium of retail, Public Transport Interchange, Hawker Bazaar, Refuse Collection Point and basement carpark.
This project is located in Dongguan,Guangdong. The total construction area is 594,265.73m², of which 2 plots (OPPO University) have a construction area of 63,073.22m²,
Mixed development with GFA of 106,892m² office building, 105,588m² shopping mall, 30,000m² hotel, 27,500m² above ground carpark and 23,436m² basement carpark. 2) GIC facilities with GFA of 40,000m² above ground carpark, 151,698m² basement carpark, 140,991m² public transport interchange and 50,000m² public GIC offices.
The existing Hennessy Centre, which comprises a 40-storey and 16-storey towers, including a 5-floor podium and a 3-floor basement is demolished.
The project is located on Z-2a plot which is beside the 3rd ring road. Total GFA is 132,471m²(with 90,000m²above the ground and 42,471m²underground). There are 44 floors above the ground and five levels underground. The tower building has a height of 205m.
A mixed-use development with GFA of approximately 720,000m² (above ground), is located at Lot A3-A6 Putuo District, which consists retail, office, recreational facilities, service apartment and with a GFA of 144,000m² residential area.
