The project is façade upgrade, mainly by replacing the existing aluminum window to curtain wall to the existing building.
The proposed Residential Development is situated in TKOTL70RP, Phase 13, Lohas Park, Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong. The project comprises of the construction of 4 towers.
The project is for the redevelopment of the site to a grade A office tower of approximately 120m in height, with a boutique office campus situated on top of a podium with extensive use of metal shading devices on the tower curtain wall.
The project is located in the east of the south area of the core area of Yanqing competition area, close to the security square and the cable station at the foot of the mountain.
