Meinhardt provided engineering survey services for the construction and installation of more than 3km of railway tracks in Phase II of the MTR Tseung Kwan O Depot. As precise alignment is critical in railway track laying, the project demanded a high level of accuracy, which Meinhardt delivered with efficiency.
5 nos. of 23 to 25-storeys high residential block with staggering wings with a total of 2,805 units. Other facilities include social welfare facilities (Neighbourhood Elderly Centre and Integrated Children & Youth Services Centre), a 7-classroom kindergarten and associated external works.
It is a major urban redevelopment project in Kwun Tong comprising of four nos. of 40+ storeys residential building and a podium of retail, Public Transport Interchange, Hawker Bazaar, Refuse Collection Point and basement carpark.
The project is façade upgrade, mainly by replacing the existing aluminum window to curtain wall to the existing building.
The proposed Residential Development is situated in TKOTL70RP, Phase 13, Lohas Park, Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong. The project comprises of the construction of 4 towers.
